As you embark on your long awaited vacation, picture yourself lounging on the deck, basking in the golden sunsets, wind in your hair. But what's missing from this idyllic scene? A beautifully crafted cocktail in hand, of course! Here are some of our favorites in these hot summer days.

Frozen Aperol Spritz

For all our Aperol lovers, this is an ultimate summer cocktail with a small twist, here are the

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of frozen mango
  • 200 ml of Aperol
  • 150 ml Prosecco
  • 100 ml of mineral carbonated water
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • Ice cubes

The preparation is very easy – first blend the mango and Aperol until the mixture is smooth, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again. Serve in glasses as desired and decorate with a slice of orange.

Watermelon Mojito

One of those timeless cocktails that we can never get bored of is definitely the beloved Mojito, but this summer we are drinking a new version of it.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml of fresh watermelon juice (strained and without pulp)
  • 10-12 leaves of fresh mint 1 lime, cut into wedges 
  • 10 grams of granulated sugar (optional) 
  • 60 ml of white rum 
  • 240 ml of carbonated water 
  • Ice cubes
  • Watermelon slices and mint leaves for decoration

Mix mint and lime: add 6-8 mint leaves and 2 lime slices to a glass and mix them gently.Then prepare the watermelon base by blending the diced watermelon in a blender – remove pulp and seeds. Add sugar to the cocktail glass, then fill it with ice cubes. Pour 60 ml of white rum and strained watermelon juice into a glass. Mix everything well to combine the flavors, then pour in sparkling water to make the cocktail slightly bubbly. Once again, gently mix everything together. Garnish your cocktail with a slice of watermelon and a sprig of mint and serve it chilled!

Hugo

No summer is fulfilled without at least one Hugo in the hand – a refreshing and light drink!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz elderflower syrup (such as St-Germain)
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice Prosecco or sparkling wine Soda water (club soda)
  • Ice cubes 
  • Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish

In a glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves gently to release their aromatic oils. Fill the glass with ice cubes then add the elderflower syrup and fresh lime juice to the glass.Top off the glass with about 3 oz of prosecco or sparkling wine. Finish by adding a splash of soda water to your preferred level of fizziness. Stir gently to combine the ingredients. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.

Lillet Wild Berry

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice 
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste) 
  • Assorted wild berries (such as blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries) 
  • Basil leaves for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, muddle a few wild berries gently to release their juices.Fill the shaker with ice cubes.Add Lillet Blanc, vodka, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.Shake the mixture vigorously until well chilled.Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice. Drop a few wild berries into the glass for added flavor and aesthetics.Garnish with a basil leaf or two for a touch of herbal freshness
